To help prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, and continue servicing all clients, we have made adjustments to our clinic policies and hours. At this time the clinic remains open and we are seeing all regular appointments. We are strictly on curbside service ONLY at the moment until further notice. Once you arrive, stay in your car and give us a call. We will then instruct you to bring your pet to the front door as soon as one of the Doctors is ready to see your pet. The Doctor will discuss with you the case over the phone. We appreciate credit or debit mode of payment only.
Until further notice our clinic hours will remain Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 7:00 pm; Saturday 9 am – 4 pm and Sunday 10 am – 3 pm. We would also remind owners that if you are sick, or have been around anyone that is suspected of having covid-19 that you avoid coming to the clinic even for pickup/drop off visits.
The clinic is now operating on a locked door policy and are restricting access to the clinic. We have curbside pickup available for food and medications orders. E-mail us your order and we will advise you regarding the total amount. We are recommending you prepay via Interac e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org. No password needed. Indicate the exact products you are ordering. You may also prepay over the phone. We will inform you via e-mail you once products are ready and when you arrive at the carpark, give us a call and we will place your goods on the table in front of the clinic for you to pick up.
